"The Cycle gear in Orange Park can be hit or miss. It is great to have products you need in stock to keep you on the road, and occasionally there are some OK, sales or clearance opportunities. But the high quality Jackets and protective gear just isn't stocked and has to be ordered. Who wants to order a $800-$1200 Jacket that may or may not fit? Staff turnover is high, and somewhat inexperienced, the staff that have been there longer often seem to try to misrepresent their knowledge and make poor recommendations or comments that just show how little they know about some products or genre. Bottom line- do your homework before going in, get what you need and only depend on the staff to handle the transaction.. Measure twice- check the size charts and order online if it is not in stock. "
